I am sorry you are having trouble with the Sample Implementation Timeline. Unfortunately, at this time, the Timeline is only available when viewed on the site, not as a downloaded document.
To access a much more complete timeline that incorporates all of the features of the Sample Implementation Timeline and much more, you can view the RED Design Model Project Plan. This may be much more data than you are seeking but it has the download capability.
In the meantime, I have emailed our Project RED web team to inquire about creating a printable/downloadable version of the Sample Implementation Timeline. We will let you know if it can be made available.
