As the school year comes to a close, the Project RED team is reflecting on the productive year we've had-- and preparing for more collaboration in the year ahead.

We would love your insight as part of our refection. So, tell us. What's been most helpful to you as a Project RED member: getting advice in the Forum, the monthly Webinar Series, the RED Design Project Plan, or perhaps the Cost Calculator?

Thanks for sharing, and for being part of the Project RED Community.

The webinar and cohort webinar series have been most beneficial to me as the project manager. The connections and wealth of information and resources that other districts are willing to share has been invaluable as we are in our first roll out year with 1:1.
The other tools, including the forum discussions, have also played a part in keeping the SD schools connected.

In Quakertown, the most useful aspects of being part of Project Red are:
1. The checklist of implementation. This is a FABULOUS resource that helps us to think through our next steps.

2. The ongoing conversations with the cohort on what's working, what's not, and the collaboration among the group has been great. Excellent people are involved here!

East Noble has enjoyed the networking with other peers. The diversity of districts provided us with excellent resources, ideas, and guidance. The resources provided by Project Red are also excellent tools for us. It is very nice to have peers from which you can "bounce" ideas and share failures/learning opportunities. Thank you for allowing East Noble to be a part of this group.
